This vintage Ferrari uses only Chardonnay from our own vineyards, and after long aging in the bottle, it is very elegant and fresh, with a harmonious and complex taste.

Tasting Notes: The wine attracts attention with its brilliant golden color and fine, persistent effervescence. The aroma is particularly clean and complex, with hints of very ripe apple, mango, and pineapple. Over time, nuances of roasted coffee grounds, vanilla, and subtle notes of honey also emerge. On the palate, it is harmonious and well-balanced. The finish is persistent, with a long-lasting sensation of delicate salinity.

Production method: Harvested by hand in mid-September. Fermented for 12 days in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks using proprietary cultured yeasts (fermentation temperature 20℃). Aged for a minimum of 5 years (Méthode Classique).

Pairing: As an aperitif, with seafood, cheese, Japanese cuisine, etc.
