This vintage Ferrari is made exclusively from Chardonnay grapes from our own vineyards, aged for a long period in the bottle, resulting in a very elegant, fresh, and harmoniously complex wine.

Tasting Notes: It has a brilliant and intense golden color, further enhanced by a refined effervescence that develops as very fine bubbles flow in the glass. The aromatic analysis reveals rich aromas reminiscent of lime
apples, mandarin oranges, and yellow flowers, which, upon contact with oxygen, transform into delicate hints of crisp bread and toasted hazelnuts. The initial impression on the palate is stylish and precise, characterized by a balanced and elegant fruitiness and perfectly balanced acidity. The finish returns to notes of ripe apple, accompanied by an appealing mineral flavor.

Production Method: Hand-picked in mid-September. Fermented for 12 days in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks using proprietary cultured yeast (fermentation temperature 20°C). Aged for a minimum of 5 years (Metodo Classico).

Pairing: As an aperitif, with seafood, cheese, Japanese cuisine, etc.
