Grape Variety: 100% Chardonnay
Tasting Notes: A beautiful, finely detailed, and persistent perlage swirls with a golden glow. The complex bouquet reveals layers of aromas, including candied citrus, quince jam, and fragrant flowers, along with unique nuances of minerals and spicy bread. The freshness and tannins are harmoniously intertwined, creating a perfectly rounded and sophisticated harmony derived from long aging. A beautiful, long finish lingers with notes of white pepper and dried apricot.
Production Method: Fermented for 12 days in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks using proprietary cultured yeasts (fermentation temperature 20℃). Aged in bottle for 72 months. (Metodo Classico)
