Grape variety: 100% Pinot Nero

Tasting: Characterized by berry and cherry fruit flavors and spicy aromas such as white pepper. Juicy and fresh taste with soft, velvety tannins.

Production method: Grapes harvested from warm areas at an altitude of 400m and high altitudes up to 600m are used. Fermented in stainless steel tanks for approximately 10 days. A small portion undergoes malolactic fermentation and aging in large 22hl oak barrels, with the remainder in stainless steel tanks.
