It is characterized by an elegant and sophisticated aroma with a complex mixture of various elements, and a rich, deep flavor that is fresh yet full-bodied.

This is one of Italy's most prestigious white wines, having won the Tre Bicchieri award numerous times.

Classification: Rosazzo DOCG

Grape varieties: Friulano 50%, Pinot Bianco 25%, Sauvignon 25%

Tasting notes: Straw yellow with golden highlights. Elegant and sophisticated floral aromas such as jasmine, with complex notes of citrus, white pepper, and wild fennel. Passion fruit, sandalwood, and cinnamon nuances complete the bouquet. Flavors of white peach, pink grapefruit, and sweet yellow fruits. Creamy texture and buttery finish. A rich, deep flavor that is fresh yet full-bodied.

Winemaking: The grapes are destemmed, macerated for about 8 hours at 12-14°C, then crushed. After soft pressing, the must is clarified by decantation. Pinot Bianco and Sauvignon undergo alcoholic fermentation in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks at 18-19°C for 10 days, followed by malolactic fermentation and aging. Friulano is aged in small French oak barrels after alcoholic and malolactic fermentation. After 10 months, all wines are blended and aged in bottle for 9 months.

Pairing: Seafood dishes, vegetable risotto, white meat dishes, cheeses, etc.
