This wine is predominantly Chardonnay from the mountainous vineyards of Ferrari, a renowned producer of Italy's finest sparkling wines, proudly adhering to regulations for sound and sustainable agriculture.
The addition of Sauvignon further enhances its appeal, captivating with a very elegant aroma and a delicate, pleasant, lingering finish. The careful and meticulous winemaking beautifully expresses the healthy and sustainable viticulture in the mountains of Trentino.

It captivates with a well-rounded fruitiness that fills the mouth, an appealing citrus nuance, a rich minerality, and a delicate, pleasant, lingering finish.
Winemaking Method: Fermented in stainless steel tanks, aged in bottle for a minimum of 6 months
