Terevinto, made from 100% Grillo, is a full-bodied, voluminous white wine that is aromatic, fruity, and possesses a balanced complexity. Grillo is a Sicilian hybrid grape that combines the freshness and minerality derived from the beautiful acidity of Catarratto with the aromatic qualities of Zibibbo. The name Terevinto comes from a shrub that grows near the winery, a large-leaved plant with vibrant, beautiful red flowers, very familiar not only in Sicily but throughout the Mediterranean region.

Grape Variety: 100% Grillo

Tasting Notes: A bright, greenish-yellow color, with a fresh and lively taste, prominently aromatic with notes of apricot, lychee, loquat, and tropical fruits. This is a well-balanced, complex wine with a noticeable alcoholic volume.

Production Method: Grapes are destemmed and gently pressed. Fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks at 15°C, followed by 6 months of aging.
