This wine, made from a blend of Sangiovese and Montepulciano grapes, offers a deep and mellow flavor.
It is characterized by aromas reminiscent of geraniums and spices, and a persistent taste. Locally, it is often paired with fish soup called Brodetto or a bean dish called Cicerchia.

This wine, characteristic of Bucci, offers a soft flavor. It has aromas like geranium, coffee, and spices, and a very rich taste. The blend of Montepulciano and Sangiovese grapes is well-balanced and deep, resulting in a pleasant wine.
Winemaking method: Fermentation is done separately for each grape variety. After destemming, skin maceration takes place in stainless steel tanks for 7-8 days, with daily pump-overs during this period. Fermentation occurs in stainless steel tanks for 10-12 days at a controlled temperature of 25-28°C. After aging for 10-12 months in 25-40hl Slavonian oak barrels, the wine undergoes a minimum of 6 months of bottle aging.
