This wine is produced in the Vittoria area, located between the sea and the Iblei Mountains, an area renowned as a gastronomic paradise in Sicily. The name of this wine, Sicily's only DOCG, comes from "Cerasa," meaning "cherry" in the Sicilian dialect. Made from the indigenous grape varieties Nero d'Avola and Frappato, this is a unique and unforgettable wine that combines tradition and deliciousness. It boasts youthful cherry, strawberry, and pomegranate aromas and flavors, stemming from the unique characteristics of the soil in which these grapes grow.

Tasting Notes: A bright, clear, and brilliant ruby red with charming aromas of strawberry, cherry, and pomegranate, accompanied by sweet and floral notes of dried fruit. It is very smooth and light, with gentle tannins and pleasant acidity. A unique and unforgettable wine with a mouth full of fruity aromas.

Production Method: Maceration for 8 days at 25°C, followed by malolactic fermentation in stainless steel tanks. Aged for 4 months.
