This is a daily Tuscan wine that is perfect for everyday consumption and pairs well with any dish.

Grape Varietals: Mainly Sangiovese

Tasting Notes: Bright, brilliant ruby color. Aromas of red fruits. A taste of spice and sweet-sourness. Pleasant acidity with a flavorful and long finish.

Winemaking: Grapes are harvested from multiple vineyards within Tuscany, including the Maremma region in southwestern Tuscany, around Colli Fiorentina southeast of Florence, and around Castiglione d'Orcia in the heart of the Orcia Valley. Harvest takes place from mid-September to early October. Fermentation and aging in stainless steel tanks.

Pairing: Appetizers, traditional Tuscan dishes such as Ribollita and Pappa al Pomodoro.
