Cetamura is the name of an Etruscan settlement located on the Badia a Coltibuono estate.
A rich and youthful wine with prominent citrus and fresh herb aromas. On the palate, it offers a pleasant acidity and a savory, mineral finish.

Grape Varieties: Viognier 50%, Chardonnay 50%

Tasting Notes: Pale straw yellow color. Elegant and captivating aromas of white-fleshed fruit, flowers, and herbs. The taste is elegant and fresh, with bright acidity and a persistent, saline finish.

Winemaking: Grapes cultivated in Maremma, southwestern Tuscany. Harvested from mid-September to early October. Fermented and aged in stainless steel tanks.

Pairing: Aperitifs, shellfish, soft cheeses, white fish dishes, white meat dishes.
