Tasting notes: This wine offers aromas of mint, pepper, and tropical fruit, with a rich flavor reminiscent of ripe fruit.

Winemaking: Grapes harvested in the last week of August undergo 10 hours of cold maceration, then are lightly pressed and fermented with cultured yeast at 8℃ for over 20 days. Aging takes place in stainless steel tanks for 3 months, followed by 3 months in the bottle.
