The most awarded and acclaimed Italian Spumante, this super-premium Spumante exceeds everyone's expectations. This legendary masterpiece, named after the founder, is made from 100% Chardonnay from the single vineyard of Maso Pianizza, known as the "Miracle Field," and offers a taste of what Ferrari calls the King of Spumante.

Grape variety: 100% Chardonnay

Tasting Notes: The refinement felt in the aroma is expressed directly on the palate. It is flavorful, elegant, balanced, and has a very long finish (aftertaste). There are nuances of apricot and brine, creating an exciting and very long-lasting finish.

Winemaking method: Hand-picked in late September. Fermented for 12 days in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks using our own cultured yeast (fermentation temperature 20℃). Aged in the bottle for at least 10 years (Metodo Classico method).

Pairing: As an aperitif, seafood, white meat dishes, cheese, smoked salmon, etc.
