Vintage Report: Despite concerns about the fruit due to the severe cold of winter, mild temperatures and rain in February and March helped it recover. It withstood heavy rains in May and overcame the effects of flowering, blessed with clear weather at the end of June. Although poor weather in August caused concerns about ripening, a high-pressure system in September brought dryness and clear weather, and high-quality grapes were harvested on October 7th. Despite the unusual weather, we were able to obtain fruit with ideal acidity and complex aromas.

Tasting: Delicate and persistent bubbles, with refined and lasting foam that enhances the brilliant golden color. The aroma begins with a very complex bouquet reminiscent of Mediterranean vegetation, yellow flowers, and noble toasted notes, followed by candied citrus and acacia honey, and finally elegant mineral notes. On the palate, the taste fully lives up to the expectations of the aroma. Flavors of flowers, fruit, toast, and minerals unfold in a captivating sequence, supported by a significant structure and surprising freshness. The long finish is captivating.

Production method: Harvested by hand in late September. Fermented for 12 days in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks using proprietary cultured yeast (fermentation temperature 20°C). Aged in bottle for a minimum of 10 years. (Metodo Classico)
