The Ulmo and Maroccoli vineyards where the grapes for this wine are grown boast unique locations and terroirs, and the winemaking is done in French barriques, producing an elegant and powerful wine crafted with strict care and precision.

Tasting Notes: A clear and brilliant golden color. Rich and concentrated fruitiness, with a rich aroma of apricot and vanilla. Hints of orange blossom honey and nutty undertones. Subtle oak notes derived from the barrel. The palate is soft and rounded, captivating. A rich impression with noticeable alcohol volume. A well-balanced, great Sicilian wine with long aging potential.

Production Method: Grapes are destemmed and crushed, then fermented and aged in 225L French barriques (half new, half one-year-old).

Pairing: Pasta or risotto with mushrooms, truffles, or saffron; rich fish dishes; stewed white meats.
