商品詳細

Greco is the most noble white grape variety in Southern Italy, cherished since ancient times. According to Aristotle, it was brought to Campania by the Thessalians who settled there and planted on the slopes of Mount Vesuvius. Ancient scholars like Columella, Pliny, and Virgil wrote that this grape, with its potential for long-term aging, has been enjoyed by people for a long time. The land of Tuffo, blessed with the wonderful properties of chalky soil, has been cultivating this grape for centuries. Greco is characterized by thick acidity and rich minerality. It is a very clear and versatile wine that pairs well with a wide range of dishes, and when served at a slightly higher temperature, it can even be enjoyed with meat dishes.
