Feudi di San Gregorio's single-vineyard series is said to truly show the quality and excellent craftsmanship of the wine when paired with high-class cuisine. This is a representative white wine of Southern Italy, made from the finest Greco grapes, a high-quality white grape variety that represents the region.

It's a versatile wine that pairs well with a wide range of dishes, an all-rounder that can be served chilled as an aperitif or with seafood appetizers, and also pairs with meat dishes at a slightly higher temperature!

Grape variety: Greco 100%

Tasting: Brilliant straw yellow color. Fruity aroma. Scents of pear and fresh green plum. Made from grapes from a single vineyard at an altitude of 430m. The acidity and minerality well represent the characteristics of the soil in this region. A well-balanced wine with an aromatic bouquet.

Winemaking: Single vineyard at 430m above sea level (10ha). Harvested by hand from early to mid-October. Fermented in stainless steel tanks maintained at 16-18°C. Aged for 12 months in stainless steel tanks with regular batonnage, then aged for a minimum of 3 months in the bottle.

Pairing: Seafood, white meat, mozzarella cheese, etc.
