Tasting notes: Deep ruby red. Aromas of black cherry and plum fruit, with nuances of spice and tobacco. Firm tannins and well-balanced acidity create a complex flavor profile. The finish lingers with notes of licorice and wood, making this a vintage with an elegant and long finish.

Winemaking: Fermented with indigenous yeasts, and skins are managed by punch-downs. Maceration lasts a minimum of three weeks. Aged for 24 months in French and Austrian oak barrels (various sizes), followed by a minimum of 4 months of bottle aging.
