This medium-bodied red wine is made from Cabernet grapes harvested from late September to October.
Recommended for white and red meat dishes.

Tasting: The rich aroma and berry notes evolve into a violet-like fragrance with aging. It is a smooth, firm wine with a vanilla-like finish.
Production Method: Fermentation with skins lasts for 2 weeks, followed by aging for 10 months in barriques and 4 months in stainless steel tanks. This is followed by 4 months of bottle aging.
