"Allemanda" is a Baroque dance performed at the beginning, much like Moscato Bianco is enjoyed as an aperitif to kick off a meal. This dry Moscato wine, boasting impressive jasmine and citrus aromas derived from a terroir of very dry white notes, is made from aromatic indigenous varietals and serves as an excellent aperitif. Grape Variety: 100% Moscato Bianco

Tasting Notes: Clear and brilliant greenish-lemon yellow. A gorgeous and beautiful aroma unfolds with notes of jasmine, rose petals, pink grapefruit, and orange blossom. Fresh and well-balanced on the palate. An elegant, aromatic, and dry Sicilian Moscato wine.

Production Method: Grapes are destemmed and gently pressed. Fermentation and aging take place in stainless steel tanks at 15°C.

Pairing: As an aperitif, with carpaccio, vegetable soup, and Japanese cuisine such as sushi, sashimi, and tempura.
