Named after the wild "Alastro" flowers that bloom around the Menfi winery, this wine is primarily made from Grecanico, blended with two aromatic varieties, including Sauvignon Blanc. It fully expresses the delicate structure characteristic of Grecanico.

Tasting Notes: Clear and brilliant straw yellow with rich aromas of citrus, white peach, lychee, and wild white flowers, giving a vibrant and fresh impression. The palate is creamy, silky, and smooth. A refreshing impression like white melon spreads pleasantly.

Production Method: After soft pressing the grapes, fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks at low temperatures. It then undergoes sur lie aging for 6 months.

Pairing: As an aperitif, with seafood, Mediterranean appetizers and vegetable dishes, warm seafood salads, and ethnic or Japanese cuisine with complex flavor components such as sweetness, sourness, or spiciness.
