Tasting Notes: Straw yellow with a hint of green.
Rich bouquet of peach, apricot, and tropical fruits, with hints of herbs and spice.Full-bodied and smooth on the palate, with an aftertaste of almond and apricot, balanced minerality, and salinity.

Winemaking: Cold maceration in stainless steel tanks for 72 hours, followed by temperature-controlled fermentation and aging in stainless steel tanks.
