The indigenous Ribolla Gialla variety, revived by Manlio Collavini, the third-generation owner of Collavini Winery.
This wine offers a fresh impression with citrus notes of lemon verbena and grapefruit.

Tasting Notes: Citrus notes of lemon verbena and grapefruit create a fresh impression. The palate is clean with pleasant buttery flavors amidst firm acidity.
Production Method: Grapes harvested in late September undergo 6 hours of maceration at 13°C. Fermentation then takes place in stainless steel tanks set at 15°C for approximately 15 days. Maturation also occurs in stainless steel tanks until the following spring.
