La Segreta takes its name from the forest surrounding the Ulmo vineyard. Made primarily from Nero d'Avola, a representative Sicilian grape, the addition of international varieties gives it a more distinctive and stylish finish. It's a versatile wine suitable for everyday enjoyment and various occasions. Grape Varieties: Nero d'Avola 50%, Merlot 25%, Syrah 20%, Cabernet Franc 5%

Tasting Notes: Deep, bright ruby color with aromas of redcurrant, mulberry, a hint of spice, and mint. Flavors of ripe wild fruits, a balanced and rich herbal taste, soft and smooth tannins, providing a very versatile character.

Production Method: Each grape variety is fermented separately in temperature-controlled 150hl stainless steel tanks for 10-14 days (fermentation temperature 25℃). Stored in stainless steel tanks.

Pairing: BBQ, as an everyday wine, Mediterranean pasta dishes, vegetables, and oily fish.
