Grape Varieties: Nero d'Avola 50%, Merlot 25%, Syrah 20%, Cabernet Franc 5%

Tasting Notes: A deep, vibrant ruby color, with aromas of redcurrant, mulberry, and a hint of spice and mint. On the palate, ripe wild fruits and a balanced, rich herbal flavor, with soft, smooth tannins, giving it a very versatile character.

Production Method: Each grape variety is fermented separately in temperature-controlled 150hl stainless steel tanks for 10-14 days (fermentation temperature 25°C). Stored in stainless steel tanks.

Pairing: BBQ, as an everyday wine, Mediterranean pasta dishes, vegetables, and oily fish.
