Tasting notes: An elegant and deep flavor from the blend of 9 varieties. Powerful yet very well-balanced, this wine offers a pleasant taste with a long finish.

Winemaking: All varieties are fermented separately in 500L barrels with indigenous yeasts, undergoing punch-downs. Afterwards, they are blended in oak barrels during the final stage of maturation. Aged for 12-16 months in oak barrels, followed by a minimum of 6 months of bottle aging.

Food pairing: Excellent with game, roasted or grilled beef, stews, aged cheeses, and chocolate.
