商品詳細
This Vermentino wine is grown in Maremma, a coastal region of Tuscany. It has a beautiful deep topaz-like yellow color, with aromas of candied fruit and impressive fruitiness. This wine is rich in the attractive minerality unique to this region. The name "Massovivo" comes from the large yellowish rocks that emerge from the ground, known as "living rocks" (masso vivo), which are characteristic of the estate's location.
Classification: Toscana IGT
Grape variety: Vermentino
Tasting notes: A brilliant, clear, deep yellow. Fresh citrus aromas, elegant floral notes, and the sweetness of ripe fruit tantalize the nose. Mediterranean aromas of sage and rosemary add complexity and richness. This wine evokes the sea with its fresh and balanced minerality and refreshing character.
Winemaking: After harvesting, the grapes are gently and carefully pressed, and the extracted must is decanted at low temperatures for 12 hours. Fermentation takes place in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks. The wine is aged for four months in stainless steel tanks with high-quality skins, followed by one month of bottle aging.
Pairing: Seafood, vegetable appetizers, and pasta dishes.
