Tasting Notes: It presents a deep ruby color with rich and vibrant aromas of dark fruit and flowers, along with hints of licorice. On the palate, it delivers flavors similar to its aroma, with a pleasant, finely textured, and substantial tannic presence, leading to a long, rich, and elegant finish.
Winemaking: After destemming, the grapes are softly pressed, and fermentation begins at 23°C in 75HL stainless steel tanks. During the initial fermentation, délestage is performed daily, followed by remontage, where the temperature is raised to 26°C to complete alcoholic fermentation. The wine is then transferred to 30HL stainless steel tanks for malolactic fermentation and bâtonnage, stirring the fine lees to add complexity to the wine. It is aged for approximately two years in 28HL new Stockinger barrels.
