Released in 1995 to commemorate the 25th vintage of Campofiorin.
Classification: Rosso del Veronese IGT
Grape varieties: Corvina, Rondinella, Oseleta
Tasting: Aromas of pineapple and citrus fruits continue through to the palate. It is a lively, fruity, dry wine with a hint of oiliness on the finish.
Winemaking method: After soft pressing, the must is cooled. After clarification, selected yeasts are added and fermented under temperature control at 14℃ to 19℃. The wine is aged on lees in stainless steel tanks for approximately 4 months.
