Winemaking: Skin maceration for 6 hours at low temperature (8-10℃), followed by fermentation at 13-14℃ for about 20 days. Matured in stainless steel tanks for 3 months without malolactic fermentation.

Pairing: Finger foods, fresh cheese, smoked salmon, pasta with tomato and seafood, etc.
