Classification: Trento DOC

Grape Variety: 100% Chardonnay

Tasting Notes: A golden color with a fine, persistent perlage. Aromas of ripe apples, white flowers, mature fruit, and brioche and hazelnuts from long aging. Fresh and crisp, dry and elegant, with a balanced taste and beautiful acidity. A typical taste of Trentino Chardonnay. The finish is long, with a refreshing and pleasant aged sensation.

Production Method: Hand-picked in mid-September. Fermented for 12 days in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks using proprietary cultured yeast (fermentation temperature 20℃). Aged in the bottle for a minimum of 40 months. (Metodo Classico)

Pairing: As an aperitif, with fish, vegetables, light meat dishes, Japanese cuisine, tempura, etc.
