This vintage Ferrari, made exclusively from Chardonnay grapes from our own vineyards, undergoes long aging in the bottle to produce a very elegant, fresh, and harmoniously complex wine. (Metodo Classico method / Champagne method)

Vintage: 2005

Grape variety: 100% Chardonnay

Tasting: A creamy, smooth sparkling wine. Notes of baked bread, almond, and ripe fruit are followed by firm tones of citrus and honey.

Production method: Harvested by hand in mid-September. Fermented for 12 days in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks using our own cultivated yeast (fermentation temperature 20°C). Aged for a minimum of 5 years (Metodo Classico method).

Pairing: As an aperitif, with seafood, cheese, Japanese cuisine, etc.
