Grape variety: 100% Chardonnay

Tasting comments: Fine perlage shining golden. Aromas of ripe fruit, toasted bread, hazelnut, and flowers. Dry, elegant, and well-balanced flavor. The typical Chardonnay taste and a pleasant, long-lasting finish of vanilla and yeast.

Winemaking method: Hand-harvested in mid-September. Fermented for 12 days in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks using proprietary cultured yeast (fermentation temperature 20℃). Aged in the bottle for a minimum of 40 months. (Metodo Classico method)

Pairing: As an aperitif, with fish, vegetables, light meat dishes, Japanese cuisine, tempura, etc.
