Tasting notes: Straw yellow with coppery highlights. Rich aromas of freshly cut hay, walnuts, and toasted almonds. A pleasant, lingering finish.

Production method: Short maceration, followed by fermentation in stainless steel tanks at 14-16℃ for approximately two weeks. Matured on lees in stainless steel tanks for five months, then bottle-aged for three months.
