Tasting Notes: Elegant aromas of peach and citrus with a spicy nutmeg accent. Dry and fresh on the palate. Crispy yet mellow, this is a very well-balanced wine.

Winemaking: Grapes harvested in the last week of August are soft-pressed to extract 50% of their juice. Alcoholic fermentation takes place at 13°C for 15 days. Matured in stainless steel tanks for 5 months, then in the bottle for 3 months.
