Classification: Bianco di Argentina

Tasting Notes: This wine is a superb fusion of Pinot Grigio, a varietal emblematic of traditional Venetian white wines, and Torrontés, Argentina's representative grape. It offers a fresh sensation and a rich, elegant flavor.
Winemaking Method: The Pinot Grigio is harvested at the end of February, lightly dried for 15 days to concentrate its acidity. The grapes are then pressed, stored at 5 degrees Celsius or below, and after 20 hours, selected yeasts are added and fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks at a temperature of 15-17 degrees Celsius.
Torrontés is a late-harvest varietal; after harvesting, it undergoes cold maceration for several hours at 5 degrees Celsius or below. After light pressing, the must rests for 20 hours, followed by fermentation with micro-oxygenation at a temperature of 15-17 degrees Celsius.
Fermentation in stainless steel tanks for 6 months and a minimum of 45 days of bottle aging.
Pairing: Full-flavored fish such as tuna and crustaceans, chicken, grilled vegetables, and oriental cuisine.
Pairing: Perfect as an aperitif. Light antipasti, fresh vegetable dishes, fish dishes.
