This is a powerful wine with a deep garnet color. It is a dry, harmonious, velvety smooth, full-bodied Barolo with a long, ether- and tar-like bouquet, suitable for long aging.

Winemaking: Alcoholic fermentation takes place at a controlled temperature (23-25°C) for approximately two weeks, during which pumping over is performed twice daily. After alcoholic fermentation, the cap is submerged in the wine for 10-20 days using wooden frames, followed by three rackings. The wine is then aged for a minimum of three years in large Slavonian oak barrels (varying in size and age, no new barrels used). After light fining and filtration, it is bottled, followed by a minimum of two years of bottle aging.
