From the "Scarda Purce" cru vineyard, only the best, fully ripe grapes are hand-picked and undergo cryomaceration. After static decantation in stainless steel tanks, fermentation takes place in cement tanks set at 17℃ for 25 days. Aging is done sur lie in stainless steel tanks for 18 months, followed by 7 months in bottle. The aroma is mineral, powerful, and complex. The taste is vertical with a saline sensation. This wine has a solid structure, a very long finish, and is capable of long-term aging. The 2020 vintage received Tre Stelle from I Vini di Veronelli.
