Giorgio Odero - FRECCIAROSSA 750ml x 1 bottle

This wine is named after Giorgio Odero, the father of the current winery owner. It is made based on his experience cultivating Pinot Noir clones, which he acquired in Burgundy in his youth, and is a tribute to his honor and respect. This wine offers an aromatic fruitiness and elegant tannins, with a long, well-balanced finish.

Grape Variety: 100% Pinot Noir

Tasting Notes: A brilliant ruby red color with garnet hues, a harmonious aroma of red fruits, eucalyptus, and sage, and a very elegant balance of ripe fruit and tannins with a long finish.

Winemaking: 100% French clone Pinot Noir grapes are used. Malolactic fermentation takes place in new French oak barrels from Allier. The wine is then aged for 12 months in 30% new Allier barriques, 30% one-year-old Allier barriques, and 40% one-year-old Allier barrels. This is followed by a minimum of 24 months of bottle aging.
