This legendary masterpiece is named after the founder, and uses 100% Chardonnay from the single vineyard of Maso Pianizza, known as the "Miracle Field", allowing you to experience what is called the "King of Spumante" made by Ferrari.

Grape variety: 100% Chardonnay

Tasting comment: Bright yellow color and delicate bubbles. The aroma is rich, full of peach and apricot fruit, notes of white flowers and honey, with a faint nuance of chocolate. It is elegant, harmonious, and full-bodied. It has a dominant mineral flavor and finishes with a structured aftertaste of yeast and light toast.

Winemaking method: Hand-picked in late September. Fermented for 12 days in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks using proprietary cultured yeast (fermentation temperature 20°C). Aged in the bottle for at least 10 years (Metodo Classico method).

Pairing: As an aperitif, with seafood, white meat dishes, cheese, smoked salmon, etc.
