This legendary masterpiece, named after the founder, allows you to experience what Ferrari calls the "King of Spumante," made from 100% Chardonnay from the single vineyard of Maso Pianizza, known as the "miracle-producing field."

Tasting notes: Characterized by delicate perlage. It has a complex and elegant aroma of apples, white flowers, citrus, white chocolate, and minerals. The finish is long, with a sweet aftertaste of almond and candied citrus. The freshness and minerality are exquisitely balanced, and the lively acidity from the high-altitude fruits is captivating.

Winemaking method: Harvested by hand in late September. Fermented for 12 days in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks using proprietary cultured yeast (fermentation temperature 20℃). Aged in the bottle for at least 10 years (Metodo Classico method).
