Vintage Report: The Trentino region in 1997 was characterized by exceptional weather conditions. Although drought and unseasonal frosts affected the vineyards, September and October brought stable weather, leading to early grape set. Ideal rainfall and high temperatures in summer led to early ripening, with harvesting in the lowlands starting as early as late August. Chardonnay yields were 20-25% lower than usual, but healthy grapes with wonderful aromas resulting from temperature fluctuations were harvested.

Production Method: Hand-harvested in late September. Fermented for 12 days in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks using proprietary cultured yeast (fermentation temperature 20°C). Aged in bottle for a minimum of 10 years. (Metodo Classico)
