Grape variety: 100% Chardonnay

Tasting: A sparkling straw-gold color. This is a wine with moderate alcohol content and firm acidity. An elegant, noble, full-bodied white wine derived from Chardonnay. It is a well-rounded and substantial white wine with rich aromas of vanilla and acacia honey, as well as floral notes.

Production method: Chardonnay harvested in Friuli undergoes 12-16 hours of maceration at 12℃, then fermentation in stainless steel tanks, followed by 5 months of aging. Bottle aging is 3 months.

Pairing: Vegetables, fish dishes, chicken dishes
