Tasting notes: Made from organically grown Chardonnay, this wine has an elegant and fruity bouquet with aromas of golden apple and bread crust. It has a fresh taste and harmonious acidity, with a long finish.

Winemaking: After destemming, cold carbonic maceration is carried out immediately, followed by soft pressing. Alcoholic fermentation takes place for 10 days at 12-14℃. It is aged for 8 months in stainless steel tanks and 3 months in the bottle.
