This Gewürztraminer is made from grapes grown in the historic single vineyard "Kastelaz" located in the village of Termeno, Alto Adige.
It features aromas of rose petals, lychee, and acacia honey, with a complex and elegant structure. The wine is characterized by prominent acidity, freshness derived from harmonious spices, and a long, aromatic finish.

Production Method: Grapes grown in the single vineyard "Kastelaz" located in the village of Termeno, Alto Adige, are harvested in two stages. The grapes are crushed and undergo 6 hours of cold maceration. Fermentation and aging take place in stainless steel tanks with the lees.
