Tasting: Deep ruby color with a bright garnet hue. Aromas of ripe cherries and raspberries, with hints of violets and tobacco. Firm tannins and lively acidity combine with an elegant minerality. Spices and woody notes enrich the finish, making it a harmonious and appealing vintage.

Production method: Grapes harvested in early October are fermented for 14 days in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks. Aged for 4 years, three of which are in various oak barrels. 8 months of bottle aging.
