This is a modern expression of Nerello Mascalese, the noble grape of Etna, cultivated in a unique terroir at 510m altitude on the northern slopes of Mount Etna. Grown in the high-altitude, cool volcanic soils, this iconic Etna wine is mineral-rich and elegant, sparking a global sensation.

Grape Variety: 100% Nerello Mascalese

Tasting Notes: Clear and brilliant bright ruby red, with clean fruit aromas of vanilla, sour cherry, and wild strawberry. The palate is very complex, with impressive oriental spices. It offers exceptional drinkability, with flavors of rhubarb and black pepper lingering in the mouth. This wine combines nobility with a modern feel.

Production Method: Grapes are cooled to 10°C before hand-selection. Fermentation takes place at 25°C for 12 days. Aged in 35hl wooden barrels.
