Classification: Vino Spumante Bianco Brut

Grape Varieties: Chardonnay 50%, Pinot Grigio 50%

Tasting Notes: A pale straw color with green highlights. It has long-lasting, delicate bubbles. It's a spumante characterized by a blend of fresh apple, pear, and toasted bread aromas, with aromatic citrus notes and a long finish.

Production Method: Charmat method. Grapes are gently pressed, and after primary fermentation, secondary fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks kept at 14°C. Aging on lees for 5-6 months.

Pairing: As an aperitif, with seafood appetizers and grilled dishes, or with ham and salami.
