Grape Varietals: Mainly Syrah, with a small amount of Vermentino

Tasting Notes: A soft rosé color with pale pink tones. This is a beautifully balanced and stylish blend of Syrah and Vermentino, elegantly expressing the terroir of vines grown near the sea in the best possible way. It offers fresh, dense fruit flavors, deep, characteristic minerality derived from the sea, fragrant fruity notes of citrus, cherry, and white melon, a delicate structure, and a beautiful, well-balanced, long finish.

Winemaking Method: Grapes are pressed with skins in an oxygen-free environment, using a very gentle and soft press. Fermented in stainless steel tanks, aged for 4 months, then bottle-aged for 1 month.

Pairing: As an aperitif, with prosciutto, salami, salmon, seafood, white meat, vegetables, etc.
