It is one of the best vintages in recent years, characterized by powerful and well-balanced tannins.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eWinemaking: After harvesting, the grapes are destemmed and crushed, and the must is transferred to stainless steel tanks for alcoholic fermentation. During fermentation, short pump-overs (circulation) are performed 2-3 times a day for 15-20 minutes, depending on the fermentation stage, to minimize stress on the skins while extracting the wine's complexity. Fermentation lasts approximately 6-8 days. The temperature is gradually increased from about 16°C initially, to 20-22°C in the middle, and up to 25-26°C towards the end, with cooling stopped in the final stage to complete fermentation. After fermentation, the wine is racked to remove sediment and then transferred to French oak barrels for 14 months of aging. Malolactic fermentation occurs entirely in the barrels.
